Whidbey Island Seafood Company will join us for a celebration of Slow Fish. Come meet owners Adam and Andrew Hosmer who will provide recipes and have crab bites and white fish to sample.
In their own words, “We pride ourselves on the quality of wild-caught America seafood we source and provide to our customers. Our network of West Coast and Pacific Northwest fisheries use sustainable and traceable methods to guarantee quality from catch to table, ensuring that our customers are buying the safest, highest-quality seafood available.”
The brothers will share stories and the history of their family business. These young men brave the elements of the Behring Sea to catch fresh seafood that they deliver to you on Whidbey Island or to the Organic Farm School for pick-up. Like them on Facebook at “Whidbey Island Seafood Company” or check out their website at WhidbeySeafoods.com.
The event will take place at the Nordic Lodge on November 7th. A potluck dinner will follow the presentation. Cost is $20.00 for members and $25.00 for their guests. Contact Kathy Floyd at email@example.com if you would like to attend. Attendance is limited, so don’t delay.
This event is by invitation only. Look for yours in an email coming soon.
