Taste Marketplace: 20 producer vendors from across Cascadia
Main Square: Slow Fish tent, Regional Chapter tables, and Educational booths
Farm to Table Makers Faire: Farm to table tools of the 4th industrial revolution. 3-D printing, robotics, apps, appropriate technology, regenerative agriculture, and DIY farm equipment.

Come shape the future of the food movement! The Slow Food Summit will offer panel discussions, breakout sessions, a reception and networking, followed by the open to the public, Hanger Hangout party. This summit is designed for food movement leaders: farmers and producers, Slow Food community leaders and organizational partners, chefs and other food leaders.
